This Privacy Policy explains how CSL Group Inc. ("CSL," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit, use, or make a purchase from any of our online storefronts:

Payment information: payment card details, which are submitted directly to our payment processor (Authorize.net) and are not stored on our systems. We retain only the last four digits of the card and the transaction reference for our records.
Communications: messages you send us through email, contact forms, or customer service channels.
Marketing preferences: email subscriptions and notification settings.

Information Collected Automatically

Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.
Usage information: pages viewed, time spent, referring URLs, click activity.
Approximate location derived from your IP address.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).

Information from Third Parties

Payment processors: transaction confirmation and fraud signals from Authorize.net.
Shipping carriers: tracking and delivery status, received through Shippo.
Analytics providers: aggregate analytics data from Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders;
Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery confirmations);

Comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Shippo (shipping label generation and tracking)
Google LLC (Google Workspace email delivery; Google Analytics for site analytics)

These service providers receive only the information they need to perform their function and are contractually required to safeguard your data.

Legal and safety requirements. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CSL, our customers, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other consideration, and we do not "share" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Maintain your session, cart contents, and login state (essential);
Measure and analyze how visitors use our storefronts (Google Analytics);
Remember your preferences and settings.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of our storefronts from functioning correctly.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including:

Active accounts: while your account remains open.
Order records: up to seven years after the transaction, to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the following rights:

Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed.
Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights. Contact us to exercise them.

International Visitors

We are based in the United States and our storefronts are intended for U.S. customers. If you access our storefronts from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

7. Children's Privacy

Our storefronts are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure payment processing through Authorize.net. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders or by a notice on our storefronts.
